The WWE news and rumors keep flying as WWE Raw is set for Monday night and Night of Champions is nearing.

Check out the latest buzz below.

Lesnar-Cena

There’s a rumor flying around about Brock Lesnar and John Cena appearing on Monday night Raw on September 15.

“Extra disclaimer for this one but there’s a rumor making the rounds that WWE could have something major planned for tonight’s Raw in the Brock Lesnar-John Cena confrontation. This could be as small as adding a stipulation to their match,” reported Cageside Seats.

Lesnar and Cena are set for a rematch at the Night of Champions later this month.

Cena Not Set to Heel Turn

It’s also been reported is that Cena will not heel turn, due to financial reasons.

“There are many reasons why a John Cena heel turn is not ‘best for business,’ and all of them are financial,” reported Dave Meltzer of Wrestle Zone, citing Wrestling Observer.

“With Daniel Bryan injured and CM Punk gone from the company, John Cena’s merchandise is said to be outselling that of the rest of the WWE roster combined. Additionally, WWE live events which feature John Cena average about $60,000 more than live events which do not feature Cena. Furthermore, in cities WWE has run several times in the past, shows in which Cena appears do much better than non-Cena events.”

NXT-Raw Crossover Continues

Cageside Seats also reports that it appears that Zayn and Breeze will be around for a while.

“It appears as though Sami Zayn and Tyler Breeze will be working main roster WWE shows through October,” it said.

“And Adrian Neville will be working shows even longer than that.”

It seems that PWInsider is the original source of that information. The blog also noted that The Ascension were brought to Raw and SmackDown this week.

Luke Harper Injury

One rumor going around is that Luke Harper is injured.

F4W Online says that Harper injured his eye.

Harper didn’t appear on Main Event or Raw last week, while his last two SmackDown matches were of the 10-man and 8-man variety, good enough for a weakened wrestler.

There’s also a rumor about Bo Dallas being hurt as well, having been injured during a Triple Threat match.
