CAIRO—Yemeni President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi appointed Mohammed al-Maqdishi as minister of defense, state news agency SABA reported on Nov. 7.
Hadi appointed Abdullah Al-Nakhi as new Chief of Staff, the agency said.
