An attack by Russian forces on a television tower in Kyiv killed five people, the Ukrainian emergency services said in a televised statement on Tuesday.
Footage released by Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko shows the moment a projectile hits the tower before it is engulfed in flames and black smoke rises.
