An Ontario man who admitted in a courtroom that he had been speeding to dry his car after he had been to a car wash has been found not guilty on a charge of stunt driving.

Justice of the Peace Audrey Greene Summers handed down her decision in the Ontario Court of Justice on June 12, saying she was unable to find “beyond a reasonable doubt” that the driver had been travelling at a speed that would justify a stunt charge.
