Toronto police have laid charges in an apparent road rage incident after a man was seen threatening a person with a knife in a video posted to social media.
Officers were called to the intersection of Danforth and Kennedy roads in Scarborough following a report of a person wielding a knife June 16 at 10:35 a.m., Toronto Police said in a June 18 press release.
