Kremlin Says No Progress on Key Issues but Remains Open to Ukraine Talks
A Kremlin spokesperson denied the premise of a New York Times opinion piece by a Russian journalist suggesting Putin had lost interest in negotiations.

The Kremlin said on March 26 that Russia is in contact with the United States about the possibility of more talks on a settlement of the conflict in Ukraine.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Russia’s key issues, including the territorial question, remained unresolved.
