Judges Given Green Light to Use AI Tools

AI chatbots are now being used by unrepresented litigants but a report by the Judiciary warns of potential risks.

Judges in England and Wales have now been given the green light to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Bard and Bing Chat in parts of their job, according to an official report by the Judiciary.

However, the report, released on Tuesday, made several warnings about the use of the technology.
