KABUL—The ISIS terrorist group claimed an attack on a Sikh temple in the Afghan capital Kabul on June 18. Officials said at least two people were killed and seven were injured in the attack.

On an affiliated Telegram channel, the local branch of ISIS said the attack was in response to insults leveled at Mohammed, the founder of Islam—an apparent reference to remarks made by an Indian government spokeswoman.
