A man who rammed his car into a crowd of Liverpool fans during the soccer club’s Premier League victory parade in the city in May was sentenced to more than 21 years on Dec. 16.
Paul Doyle, 54, injured 134 people when he barreled the minivan he was driving into fans as they made their way home from the celebrations in Liverpool, northwest England, on May 26.
