Premier Daniel Andrews announced on the morning of May 11 that Victorians will be able to visit mates, fish, and golf as part of the first stage of CCP virus restrictions easing in Victoria.
Victoria, the golfing capital of Australia, was one of two states forced to close golf courses during the pandemic.
