LONGUEUIL, Que.—Police say a man was arrested in connection with threats against the mayor of Longueuil and other local elected officials over a plan to cull white−tailed deer in a city park.
Longueuil police say a man in his 20s from outside the city just south of Montreal was arrested on Tuesday and was released under conditions.
