Air Canada is launching a new “refund assistance” program to cover transportation expenses for some customers affected by its flight attendants’ labour action.

Passengers are able to fill out a new online refund assistance form to request a refund if they only completed part of their trip with Air Canada or had to rely on an alternative method of transportation due to the strike.
