A lawyer for the surviving Bondi massacre shooter has described the case as “unprecedented” as the gunman is hit with a raft of fresh charges.

Naveed Akram was charged with 19 further offences in Sydney’s Downing Centre Local Court on Wednesday, adding to his 15 existing murder charges and other allegations.
