Now several woman have eaten nothing but a “Starbucks diet” and claim to have lost weight.

The latest is Beautiful Existence, a 40-year-old woman in Seattle who said she ate only food and drinks sold at Starbucks for an entire year.

She says she spent between $500 and $600 at the chain, eating sandwiches, salads, and pastries, along with coffee and tea.

Her two kids didn’t participate.

She told the New York Daily News that the home stretch--the last couple weeks of the year--were tough.

“In the last month, in the last couple weeks, it’s been really difficult. People had pizza at the office last week and I was dying,” she said. “I’m happy to be able to eat whatever I want (again).”

But in a blog post to her fans, she seemed excited.

“I ate and drank EVERYTHING for an ENTIRE YEAR from Starbucks!” she said.

“THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to everybody that was involved, watched, helped, visited, commented, inspired and encouraged these 365 days of ONLY Starbucks in 2013!  What a year it has been, and I couldn’t have done it without you all!”

She told a questioner via Twitter that she “lost weight” and “feel great!”

Last year, Christine Hall, another woman, said that she lost 76 pounds by having most of her meals from Starbucks.
