MILWAUKEE—Kent Franklin joined his local rally, like ones taking place across the country, because he felt the integrity of this election has major consequences, and it is his civic duty.

“I’m here because as an American, it’s really important to defend our freedom to vote and the right to a fair and free election,” Franklin said in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on Nov. 14, 2020.  “There’s a lot of evidence of fraud and that needs to be corrected so we can have faith in our system.”

“America’s going through a time where people have to stand up for what’s right, it’s really important that we stand up for our right to vote for our elected representatives or America’s not going to be America,” Franklin said. “This is not about only my freedom and liberty but the liberty of my kids, grandkids, and generations we won’t even know,” he said.

“I think it’s a shame that there are people in our country it seems that are not interested in making sure all legal votes count and all illegal votes are discarded. I think it’s important right now for our country to come together is that we get this out in the open, it’s transparent, that we know, that we’re convinced this election was fair and only legal votes were counted, then we can decide who our next president will be,” Franklin said.

“America is a great country, and don’t forget that,” he said. “We’re all Americans, we’re all in this together.”
