A Dallas police officer was arrested Sept. 9, on a manslaughter charge in the off-duty shooting of her neighbor whose apartment she says she mistook for her own.
Officer Amber Guyger was booked into the Kaufman County Jail after being taken into custody, the Texas Department of Public Safety said in a news release. The department said the investigation is ongoing and that no additional information was available.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said the plane departed from Key West and was on its way to Palm Beach County Park Airport.
The twin-engine Cessna C335 crashed just before 11 a.m., south of Palm Beach State College, about a mile away from the airport.
