A driver in Fort Garland, Colorado, spotted the hundreds of elk crossing the road. They were moving so quickly, they appeared to form a “river.”
Meanwhile, Colorado resident Lori Vina Guelich captured photos of an elk apparently drinking from a bottle of wine.
“I found the elk nudging something and got closer and saw he had taken something out of my neighbor’s recyling bin,” Guelich told Yahoo. “He did a quick pick-up with his mouth like he was taking a drink.”
