A viral video from China has left many people confused. It shows a car crash where two minibuses are still standing on just two wheels, which looks like a stunt for a movie.

However, it apparently really happened, and it was captured on camera.

Internet users say that the crash occurred because of a wire on the road.

A Reddit user who can speak Mandarin wrote:

“A telephone pole was being installed. There was a steel cable that was coiled on the road that (they believed) should have been no problem for cars going over it. The street sweeper truck on the right went over it and wound up the cable in the rotating cleaner. The other end of the cable was attached to the pole on the left of the video. The cable was brought taut and caused all that damage to the trucks and car.”

According to MailOnline, the strange clip was first posted on video site LiveLeak. The footage was captured in Xingtai, a city in central-eastern Hebei Province.

It’s worth noting that Xingtai is considered one of the most polluted cities in China. A report in 2014 said it has the worst air pollution in all of China. Several other cities in Hebei made the top 10 list.
