The FBI said Wednesday that it is conducting “an extensive search along multiple roadways” in the area near Nancy Guthrie’s Arizona home, the day after officials released footage showing a person of interest in the case.

In an X post, the law enforcement bureau announced the search by agents is occurring in the Catalina Foothills area near Tucson in connection with the missing woman, who is the mother of “Today” show co-host Savannah Guthrie.
