A 3-year-old boy was reported missing from a library outside of San Francisco. Just an hour later, Tim Watson, a bus driver, noticed a boy on the bus that fit the description.
The kid was with a man who also fit the description of the suspect. Soon enough, Watson noticed that the boy was crying in a strange way.
Watson, a father of two, quickly came up with a brilliant plan.
He pulled the bus over and started asking each passenger if they'd seen a missing backpack. He made a call to police during the “search.”
Watson soon went back to finishing the drive, but when they pulled into the station, cops were waiting to arrest the suspect and recover the boy.
Watson said he did what he hopes anyone would do. “This could have been my child that was abducted,” he said. “I feel I did what any father would do.”
