The skin rash on President Donald Trump’s neck seen earlier this week is a reaction to a common cream used for preventative skin treatment, his doctor said in a statement March 3.

The redness drew widespread attention on social media after news photographers captured close-up images of the rash during a Medal of Honor ceremony at the White House March 2.
