Former President Donald Trump wants to add Minnesota to the list of “blue” Democrat states that he will try to flip to Republican “red.”

“This is an official expansion ... of the electoral map,” he declared on May 17 at a fundraising dinner in St. Paul, Minnesota. That state hasn’t voted for a Republican presidential candidate since 1972, according to 270towin.com.
