President Donald Trump announced a decision to reverse cuts to homeland security and counterterrorism for New York City and New York State on Oct. 3.

“I am pleased to advise that I reversed the cuts made to Homeland Security and Counterterrorism for New York City and State,” the president said on Truth Social. ”It was my Honor to do so.”
