A University of Alabama student has been expelled after videos surfaced of her using racial slurs.
School officials condemned the videos, which spread on social media, prompting an investigation into the woman’s conduct and her subsequent expulsion, CBS reported.
Harley Barber, a 19-year-old freshman from Marlton, New Jersey, apologized Wednesday, Jan. 17, for her racist remarks.“I did something really, really bad,” Barber told the New York Post. “I don’t know what to do and I feel horrible. I’m wrong and there’s just no excuse for what I did. ... I feel so, so bad and I am so sorry.”
