Senate Approves $738 Billion Defense Bill, Trump Expected to Sign

The Senate on Dec. 17 approved a new defense spending bill, which President Donald Trump is expected to sign.

The Senate voted 86-8 to approve the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which the House passed last week.
