School Board President Says Gender Parental Notification Is a ‘Common Sense’ Policy

Chino Valley Unified School Board President Sonja Shaw recently spoke out against California’s lawsuit against her district over its transgender parental notification policy in an exclusive interview with EpochTV’s California Insider.

In July, Chino Valley Unified became the first school district in the state to enact such a policy, which would require schools to notify parents when their child begins to identify as a different gender.
