A Portland resident whose brutal assault of another man during a protest in Oregon’s largest city over the summer was captured on camera was sentenced to 20 months in prison after pleading guilty.

Marquise Love, 26, pleaded guilty to assault in the third degree and felony riot, Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt announced this week.
