Officials Hold 50th Anniversary Tribute for Orange County’s Japanese Garden

SANTA ANA, Calif.—Officials held a commemoration ceremony on Nov. 10 to honor the 50th anniversary of Orange County’s Japanese Garden and Tea House.

Located in Santa Ana behind the Orange County Courthouse, the garden was originally a gift from Japanese Americans to the county community as a symbol of friendship and gratitude for the opportunities given to them.
