OCDA Begins Ballot Harvesting Investigation in Westminster

WESTMINSTER, Calif. (CNS)—The Orange County District Attorney’s Office on Nov. 3 investigated allegations of ballot harvesting at a skin care clinic connected to Westminster City Councilwoman Kimberly Ho.

“At least two Republican candidates” were involved in the operation at Apogee International at 15201 Beach Blvd., said Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer.
