Two illegal immigrants have been arrested after allegedly raping a 46-year-old woman at knifepoint under the Coney Island boardwalk in New York City on Aug. 11, police have confirmed.

The alleged attack took place at around 9 p.m. near the intersection of Surf Avenue and West 16th Street, a New York City Police Department (NYPD) spokesperson confirmed in an emailed statement to The Epoch Times.
