Nathan Sutherland, 36, a licensed practical nurse, was arrested on a charge of sexual assault of an incapacitated woman who gave birth in December 2018 at a long-term health care facility in Phoenix, Arizona operated by Hacienda Healthcare. A male nurse who allegedly raped an incapacitated woman in an Arizona care facility pleaded not guilty on Feb. 5.

Nathan Sutherland, 36, was linked to the crime through a DNA sample he was forced to take via a court order that the Phoenix Police Department obtained after the 29-year-old victim gave birth in December 2018.
