ORANGE COUNTY, N.Y.—Orange County Executive Steve Neuhaus made several public announcements regarding open spaces in late October, including preserving green spaces in Warwick and the Village of Chester, and a park opening in the Town of Chester.

Neuhaus revealed on Oct 29 that two properties would be recommended for permanent preservation through the county’s Open Space Fund.
