A mother and her daughter accused of beating a student from an Atlanta Public School last month, have been arrested—after hiding from authorities.
The duo: 44-year-old Tayza Danielle Harris and 24-year-old daughter Chelsea Monicque Harris are, are currently being detained at the Fulton County jail.
