Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) on Wednesday urged House Democrats to pass a bill to improve the security around U.S. Supreme Court justices after an armed man was arrested outside Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s home.

“House Democrats must pass this bill and they need to do it today,” McConnell said on the floor of the Senate.
