Authorities have arrested and charged a man allegedly involved in overturning a car during the Philadelphia Eagles’ Super Bowl celebrations.
After the Eagles 41-33 Super Bowl win as underdogs over the New England Patriots, crowds of fans converged on the 1400 block of Walnut Street in Center City, Philadelphia.
