Los Angeles School District Sued for Allegedly ‘Hiding’ Transgender, CRT Curricula

The school district has repeatedly failed to provide requested documents within the mandated timeframe, ‘or at all,’ the Center for American Liberty said.

The Center for American Liberty has sued a California school district for allegedly dodging public records requests for information about curricula regarding the teaching of transgenderism and critical race theory in the classroom.

Harmeet Dhillon, CEO and founder of the nonprofit organization, said in a March 20 statement her organization is “deeply concerned” about the “repeated failure” of the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) to comply with California’s Public Records Act.
