DES MOINES, Iowa–With almost a foot of snow already on the ground in Iowa, another wintry blast walloped the Hawkeye State with whipping winds and additional snowfall.

The National Weather Service warned about “life-threatening blizzard conditions at least into early Saturday,” prompting former President Donald Trump’s campaign to announce “an adjusted schedule” to keep everyone safe.
