Los Angeles Rams owner and billionaire real estate developer Stan Kroenke has been named America’s largest landowner, as his U.S. domain extends to an estimated 2.7 million acres.

According to the latest Land Report, published on Jan. 13, a December 2025 deal on more than 937,000 deeded acres of New Mexico ranchland catapulted Kroenke to the top spot. The acreage formerly belonged to the heirs of Teledyne founder Henry Singleton.
