Judge Blocks Trump Administration’s Move to Halt Wind, Solar Approvals

The ruling halts five federal measures that tightened permitting and slowed wind and solar projects, with the court saying the plaintiffs will likely succeed.

A federal judge on Tuesday blocked the Trump administration’s efforts to halt federal approvals for wind and solar projects.
