The mother of two boys who died in a Florida apartment complex pool has been arrested, the Broward County Sheriff’s Office said.
Broward Sgt. Don Prichard said that Wildline Joseph, 23, is facing manslaughter charges in the May 22 deaths of Branario Minto, 5, and Ja’Kye Joseph, 6, Fox News reported.
