A federal officer fatally shot an armed person during a struggle to disarm the suspect in Minneapolis on Jan. 24, according to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

On Saturday morning, Border Patrol officers were attempting to arrest an illegal immigrant wanted for “violent assault” when an armed person approached them with a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun.
