The FBI said on Feb. 9 it is not aware of any ongoing communication between “Today” show host Savannah Guthrie’s family and any suspected kidnappers, after the search for her mother, Nancy Guthrie, entered its second week and a ransom deadline set out in a purported ransom note appeared to have passed.

FBI spokesperson Connor Hagan said in a statement to The Associated Press that no suspects or persons of interest have been identified so far, and the agency is working around the clock to bring Nancy Guthrie home.
