Dead Sharks Found Washed Up on Cape Cod Shoreline With ‘Cold Shock’

The cold snap in the United States may have caused the deaths of two thresher sharks, which were washed up along Massachusett’s Cape Cod Bay this week.

The sharks were likely “stranded due to cold shock,” according to the Atlantic White Shark Conservancy in a Facebook post on Dec. 27.
