A Baltimore woman is saying she is lucky to be alive after she was jumped and savagely beaten by a group of teens—armed with wooden clubs and sticks—while she was walking on a street in the city’s Federal Hill neighborhood.
According to WBAL-TV, Baltimore police said eight people were attacked and robbed in several incidents on Halloween night in southern Baltimore.
