He’s only 16, but Colt Jaxon’s award-winning patriotic song debuted in rarified air: Three notches below country music superstar Blake Shelton on a top music-delivery platform.
Colt, who is homeschooled and lives on a small cattle ranch near Tampa, Fla., won a nationwide First Amendment-themed songwriting contest sponsored by Constituting America.
