An Oregon man was arrested and charged on July 3 after allegedly exposing himself to passengers on an American Airlines plane that then made an emergency landing, according to the Department of Justice (DOJ).

Neil McCarthy, 25, of Oregon, was charged with indecent exposure. The charge carries a maximum penalty of six months in prison and a $5,000 fine, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of New York said in a press release.
