The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) arrested six people allegedly involved in a prostitution ring and rescued one minor believed to be one of its victims, according to a Dec. 18 report by the department.
LAPD vice officers conducted a series of undercover surveillance operations from Dec. 10 through Dec. 16 along the Figueroa Corridor targeting lewd conduct, prostitution, and human trafficking, according to the department.
