Two titanic fantasy universes are going to share yet another cast member.

According to BBC, actor Miltos Yerolemou is joining the cast of Star Wars: Episode VII.

Yerolemou is perhaps best known for playing Syrio Forel, the First Sword of Braavos in Game of Thrones, the television adaptation of George R R Martin’s A Song of Fire and Ice.

Because Yerolemou is known for his sword fighting skills in Game of Thrones and in other roles in his acting career, there is speculation that his character will likely wield a lightsaber in Episode VII.

BBC says that his “character in Star Wars is not thought to be a major one,” though.

Yerolemou is not the first member from  David Benioff and D. B. Weiss’s Game of Thrones series that is slated to make an appearance in the Star Wars universe however.

Gwendoline Christie, who plays Brienne of Tarth, a female knight who is noted for besting some of the series’ more reputable male knights and heroes, has also been cast for a role in Episode VII.

Star Wars: Episode VII is currently in filming at Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire following weeks of hiatus after Harrison Ford, who plays Han Solo, broke his leg in an accident.

Ford, Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker), Carrie Fisher (Princess Leia), Anthony Daniels (C-3PO), Peter Mayhew (Chewbacca), and Kenny Baker (R2-D2) will reprise their original trilogy roles.

Adam Driver, John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Lupita Nyong'o, Gwendoline Christie, and now Miltos Yerolemou are the fresh-faces to the Star Wars series.

Star Wars: Episode VII will be released in cinemas on December 18, 2015.
