RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif.—Jennifer Kupcho’s maiden LPGA victory came Sunday, winning the 51st and final edition of the “Dinah Shore” tournament at Mission Hills Country Club; currently called the Chevron Championship as the new sponsor moves the tournament to Houston, Texas next year.
Chevron increased the total purse to among the largest in women’s golf at $5 million, and 625 points are up for contention in the race to the CME Globe.
