Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) has renewed her battle with Elon Musk, the CEO of Twitter and Tesla, expressing concerns that he has failed in his legal responsibilities to the carmaker.

Warren claimed in a letter (pdf) to Tesla Chair Robyn Denholm that Musk has potentially violated his legal duties since he acquired Twitter for $44 billion. The former presidential candidate also asserted that the board hasn’t adequately protected the company by refraining from reining him in during this time.
